Van Bracht Services, based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, is responsible for the way this website uses your information. Thomas van Bracht is your point of contact.
When you send an enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company name and message. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the products or services you request. Please leave sensitive personal information out of your message.
Web3Forms delivers the enquiry to our email inbox. The form also uses hCaptcha to help prevent spam; these providers process the information needed to deliver and protect the form. See the Web3Forms privacy policy and hCaptcha privacy policy.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact Thomas through the enquiry form about access, correction or deletion of your information.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, referral sources, approximate visitor regions, browser and device information, and how many enquiries are successfully sent. Google processes this usage information and uses cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send the names, email addresses, company names or messages entered in the form to Google Analytics.
Analytics stays off until you select “Accept analytics”. Selecting “Decline analytics” does not affect your ability to browse or send an enquiry. We do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google signals for this website.
We store your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are set to expire after 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit. Analytics settings in the footer let you change your choice at any time. Declining after accepting stops future analytics events and removes this website’s Analytics cookies; it does not undo data already processed.
Google may process information outside your country. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy for more detail. Blocking cookies or analytics in your browser may also prevent measurement.
Your choices
You can withdraw analytics consent using “Analytics settings” below, and contact Thomas through the enquiry form with privacy questions. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
